We believe in honoring a structures’ history, stripping away the unnecessary layers, and channeling the old way of seeing while infusing functionality into your living spaces. Whether a turn of the 20th century farmhouse, Craftsman bungalow, or MCM we get it!
Small Structures
Our goal is to grow into a Cottage Industry Construction Company, open to all, that focuses on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) and other creative forms of urban infill. First, however, is advocating for change in local policy allowing for the right to do so. If being part of a team of like-minded individuals is also your goal we would enjoy hearing your input.
